2 job openings

Location: NL, EU

This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the Europe’s leading Security and Situational Awareness companies as Product & Innovation Manager (PIM) at what’s an incredibly exciting time of growth.

If successful your job will be to initiate, manage and support the implementation of strategic product innovations that strengthen and support the business’ objectives of expanding our research, products and services in EUROPE.

You’ll initiate partnerships and consortia with universities, governmental organisations, companies and stakeholders across all areas of our core business (i.c. security and situational awareness), to manage the implementation of a program of initiatives across Europe (main offices: Brussels, Lisbon, Rotterdam or Berlin). As part of this you’ll define and manage scope product and project objectives, challenge how these will be delivered and will work with international business directors to look at business cases and opportunities to determine the validity of projects, research and product launches.

This isn’t about full end to end delivery of projects or products, so what we’re looking for is someone who can initiate, scope, define and manage product and project deliverables, who’s brilliant at working closely with a diverse mix of stakeholders, across a diverse mix of products and services.

All-in-all an extremely exciting contract for any pioneer, entrepreneur and commercially focussed product management professional. To be considered, we’ll need you to be extremely self-starting, organised and tenacious, with a diplomatic and collaborative approach.

Furthermore, we’re looking for a real commercial understanding; you’ll know how to put business cases together, challenge the numbers and make sure that initiatives retain and expand the business overall. Entrepreneurship and product management experience is therefore important and some knowledge of the security landscape in EUROPE would be extremely valuable. Any marketing experience would also be welcomed.
